Submit an Online Help Request
Welcome to the improved online help system! We have made recent
improvements to help our operators in contacting you with a reply to your request.
Depending on your request, a reply may be made within hours or may take as long
as 2-3 days.
You may use this form to submit a request for help. Such requests may be about
(but are not limited to):
- Lost/stolen passwords for nicknames and channels
- Network bans (such as akills or klines)
- Usage of our IRCd and/or Services
- General inqueries about our network or server application process
- Help with IRC in general (if you are unable to obtain this from friends/other sources)
You may NOT use this form for the following problems:
- Requests to remove channel bans, akicks, or add/remove channel ops (Please
see the channel's founder)
- Requests for channel status (op/voice) or operator privileges. Such access is given at
the will (and initiative) of those who control it.
- Report serious complaints about IRC Operators. Please
contact the Services

IMPORTANT! Be sure to include a complete description of your problem. If
your request deals with a nickname or channel, include the appropriate names. If the
request deals with a kline/akill, please include the IP address you were connecting
from and the time at which the problem occured. If you are unable to include information
such as your IP address, you may be able to give us hints (for example, tell us your
ISP or give us the website of the shell company you are using, etc.).
DO NOT INCLUDE PASSWORDS IN YOUR MESSAGE.
